WORLD AIDS WEEK 2010

Beginning observed first week of December 2010 as WORLD AIDS WEEK in dehradun city of Uttarakhand, India.

WORLD AIDS DAY
(01 December 2010)

A team of Begining visited various Gymnasiums of the city and interacted with the youth. The team members educated the youth about the main causes of HIV / AIDS and how to prevent themselves from this disease.

The other teams visited various key places of the city to spread awareness about HIV / AIDS. They talked to people and distributed literature containing important information about HIV / AIDS.

05 December 2010

A seminar about AIDS awareness was organized by Beginning on 05th December 2010 at ONGC Officer’s Club, Kaulagarh road, Dehradun.

07 December 2010

Beginning organized “Shradhanjali Sabhas” (Prayers offered) at various places in the city to pay homage to the victims of AIDS. In these Shradhanjali Sabhas people lighted the lamp and paid floral tribute to the people who died because of AIDS.

Care for elders who have no one to look after them. tHey only need our gratitude and love.

A curse on the society
We are responsible for this. They also deserve a normal childhood.
